Do admins take long to check the false ban appeals, as I've heard rumours people who have submit their blacklist appeals in 2019 still have no response..?

No one can answer this question with any guarantee since it's completely up to the staff team when they respond, however blacklist appeals usually take a bit longer than normal ban appeals to be responded at since the punishments are different

If your ban is false, you should expect to receive a response within 1-3weeks. Sometimes people get unbanned within a couple of hours, it really depends on the occasion. Also, blacklist appeals take longer because the reasons are usually more severe, compared to a regular ban.
