Just watch it, trust me.
Reasons:
- It's English dubbed (it's been dubbed in a lot of languages, and professionally)
- It's an actual movie, not just an anime
- It's not the classical stereotyped anime

The thing is, I suggest that because it's an anime but not really anime style (none of those anime girls stuff, very strong and interesting plot...)
