Basically, what the following image means is that:
1) You can't sell currency, even if that currency comes with a rank.
2) You can't sell unbans or reduced ban time.
Invaded does both of these things, which allows Mojang to take the server down at any point.

The EULA doesn't really do a good job on enforcing these rules.
 
EULA's are not legally binding and the current system is fair. I like that I was able to get on for free at first to try it out. These servers provide a great service for the community during this time to connect us together while still maintaining that social distance and you don't even have to pay to get in.

At the same time, someone has to pay to keep the lights on.

Do you honestly think that it's a good idea for Invaded to sell unbans and currency? You think that this server is completely fair, and not P2W at all? That if hackers pay to get unbanned they will really think twice about hacking again?
 
you cant buy server currency the boosters don't give you currency they simply boost everyone's coins within a specific mini-game players can then support people who are currently boosting the server by doing /tip all which does not break the eula
