Anyone know who deals with anti-cheat ban appeals and how long it takes for them to view false anti cheat ban appeals?

My ping is about 300 daily due to where I live and I've been falsely anticheated 4 times in a week...

I believe it's admins and above, and they need to check the logs, which is why it takes more time than other appeals.

Usually takes a few hours if staff are on. At most 24 hours but usually not that long
