Maybe try using a PVP client, try different clicking methods, 1v1 people for practice

For invadedlands specifically, I wouldn't recommend using special clicking methods such as butterfly or jitter click since the anticheat can detect it and get you banned from the server.

learn w tapping, strafing and I recommend butterfly clicking also. but w tapping, strafing and aiming are the 3 most valuable skills to master in terms of pvp.

I'm really bad at Pvp but I still manage to get quite a good k/d ratio. It could be beneficial for you to practice on some practice servers as well as Invaded, (I wouldn't recommend minemenclub or anything if you're just starting out as a lot of people on there are quite good and some will be toxic if they win,) I don't personally target irons unless they hit me first because it makes me feel bad for them aha but if you keep practicing, you will eventually get better over time and lots of people on Invaded will be happy to help you out!
