if possible, listen to it while doing something that doesn't involve too much focus (like on a walk)

put any distractions away from you and just go at it, it might be easier to break it up in smaller portions and tackle each portion

Always think about the consequences if you continue to procrastinate the work. It's a method I use and it 'forces' me to work.
