Any1 Get the problem when There is NO staff ONLINE and you need help?

There is usually staff on in-game, as well as on the forums and the discord. If you ever need a staff member, the easiest and quickest way to contact us is through Discord. If that's not possible, you can always send us a Private Message on the forums and we will get to it as soon as possible! My Discord DM's are always open, and I try to respond to everyone as soon as possible, so if you have any questions you can always shoot me a DM!

As for staff applications, this past season's applications we're closed and accepted a little less than 2 weeks ago. There will be an announcement when the next season ends and staff applications are re-opened so you know ahead of time. Best of Luck!

I can't speak on behalf of the other staff, but I'm sure they try their best to respond to everyone who messages them. I CAN speak for myself and say that I respond to everyone who messages me and legitimately needs assistance or has a question.
