Today I was wondering that if I was to make an apartment building would anybody buy a room?
The prices would probably be for $25k for just the room and then there would be some rooms you could buy access to that would be like a tree farm, a farm, mob grinder, stuff like that. Everything in the apartment building would be a one time purchase to make rent easier. Here is what I think the prices for things would be:

- Tree Farm - $10k?
- Mob Spawners - $125k?
- Basic Room - $10k?
- Large Room - $25k?
- Community Marketplace (sorta like the auction house but just a physical structure) - I'll just take like 5% of the profit?
