Appeal closed with no result?

About a week ago I filled out a blacklist appeal, and I went to check on it but it was closed with no result or response. I filled out another one, was this a glitch or does it mean they denied me?

no some appeals are removed and no1 knows why

I think it was removed because they were too many appeals so they deleted all the appeals pending because of the sheer amount of people complaining about the time it takes to be found

Thats dumb though? They have unlimited pages for appeals why would they delete
