So when applications are opened that doesn't mean staff are gonna look at them right? or will they announce that they are accepting applications before they look.

You can apply for staff when the applications are open. They will go through the applications. It is just that they are mostly busy and do not have time to look at all the applications. So if you applied, just wait patiently until they respond.

yeah ngl, if I was manager I would be reading all applications every single day but probably just cause I'm 16 and don't have anything big to do yet.
