Are builder applications open?

I have been thinking of joining the build team. I am pretty experienced with building (3-4 years of experience) but, some people are telling me that applications right now just get denied instantly. Could someone tell me the truth please?

they are open, some applications get denied quickly because they are troll or really bad applications.

A lot of the apps are trolls and or 12 year old’s looking to meet Skeppy. If you have a good application it likely won’t be denied automatically.

yeah, they're open but if you look at them you can see why so many get denied.
