Did all the staff die and disappear or something. Haven’t seen a staff on the server past 3 months and no appeals are getting checked. The server is already shit and now shit staff honestly just take the server down at this point.

I have seen every single staff member in the past week or so minus Mega, Neon, skeppy, and evisy. You only play Kit, and recently a lot of staff have been on skyblock. Appeals are being done. Yochran and Akatusuki just got unbanned. Staff are just often in vanish while you are playing I guess.
The ones locking threads are moderators....what are they supposed to do to “fix the server”? They are mods, they don’t have the ability or option to do anything more than just that. Moderate.

I find it interesting that you say that when it was you who was constantly saying hi to me as I was hosting events on Kitpvp yesterday morning.
The mod team is constantly checking appeals and anything we are able to handle is responded to in a timely manner. Appeals that require admin/manager attention are naturally going to take longer as more things need to be checked and they have an impacted workload with many responsibilities to attend to.
Moderators are not involved with the development of the server so it's not like we can flip a switch and "fix the server". You may see us locking threads and doing other things on the forums and that's because we are taking care of the responsibilities that we are able to do. All that being said, we are also relaying multiple player suggestions to management/development and are constantly thinking of our own ideas to improve player experience on the server. Optimizations & updates are regularly being rolled out across all of the servers.
