Kinda like mine!I am only saying this because you have directly asked me (see bold above), I find honesty is often best and being part of the staff team can often mean that the truth is held back over kindness and being supportive.
Putting it to you frankly: your application wasn't very good. We were being lenient with applications this season too, giving people extra chances. Regrettably, yours wasn't good enough and you didn't make the cut. I have not thought about it since and furthermore I have no intention of giving it any further thought.
Your behaviour here clearly displays that you aren't deserving of a position on the team due to your demonstrable lack of maturity and I am confident that I made the right decision. Other staff will see your behaviour here too and it'll likely lead to another denial the next time you can apply.
