This is what I've found, also Veeti__ has told me (and I quote): "Badlion Client has a lot of useful mods that are very useful, however features such as autotext we consider an unfair advantage that's why it's not allowed."

yes it does, you can sell much faster with macros/keybinds then by tabbing up

Selling that quickly is an unfair advantage, people use this to basically auto-farm and players have been banned for this.
Any sort of marco is not allowed, however if you're going to use it for something menial (such as /spawn), use at your own risk, however if you get banned then you will not be unbanned. (I would strongly suggest staying away from it.)
