that's the #1 issue. cropping images is the same as editing them. in this case it could have been easily been faked from another server if staff were to approve that as valid evidence.

Not speaking just on this report, but any proof is valid proof. It just depends on how far the info you provide can get you. Let the staff determine these types of things. As you’ve stated they have logs. Your tips on the type of proof you should provide are valid, but you don’t have any reason to state whether something is or isn’t valid.
