1.12 is a great update and i think we should be happy with it. The pvp is still the same. You have some more helpfull blocks and books. For example mending. The only thing is the player being pushed. But if they want they can remove that function. So stop moaning about the version. And enjoy the new season.?
1.12 is great for a couple of reasons.
#1. 1.12 adds a multitude of new blocks for builders such as myself.
#2 I'm guessing that you are just annoyed that spam clicking feels weird on 1.12 in which case you can still go back to 1.8 to grind and such.
#3 It sets the precedence that the server is no longer 1.7-1.8 exclusive. Which can bring in more players and also bring older players back because of new features added in newer versions.
(I'm sure this is riddled with errors so feel free to bash me if I got stuff wrong)
