Ban appeal questions.

Hi I just wanted to ask how my ban appeal was "escalated" within the first 10 hours of posting it but i have nearly 20 views on it in the past 2 days and no progression has occurred what so ever? If you're a staff member and is viewing this can i get a reply here or on my ban appeal as to why there is no progress so far?

because when its escalated, only higher staff can check logs to determine whether you were cheating or not. there isn't many higher staff members, so it can take time to get an outcome. it will be dealt with soon, just stay patient
