I got perm banned today

It was because of a bug in the Red Rovers Event and well I got banned because of it and now I apparently will have to wait weeks for my appeal to be seen this is actually depressing...

I joined the server like a week ago and purchased VIP and some keys because I enjoy it to just be.. banned

Process of punishment appeal
An anti-cheat ban where a player denies cheating

1. An appeal submitted for staff member's review
2. A Moderator will escalate the appeal for higher staffs review (mostly managers)
3. Manager will run an anti-cheat log check on the banned player to determine if the player was, in fact, cheating or not.

Please do keep in mind that decision made in process 3 is a final decision and cannot be argued. Please do not message moderators or create a forum post in regards to your denied ban appeal. Those messages will either be ignored or be directed here.

Most appeals are handled within 4~5 days from the submission day. However, this can vary depending on the amount of appeal we get.
