Banned for "Double Clicking"

I'm making this post as a warning and that you shouldn't butterfly since they'll obviously just not unban you at this point but majority of the community butterflies and reaches well over 20 CPS.

So my account slinkman1337 was manually-banned by Kobuto when I was butterflying a consistent 20 CPS. (https://streamable.com/lrpcfk for a literal clip of me butterflying a constant 20)
Now both of my appeals were denied for being legit but because my mouse double clicks its deemed as unfair advantage and so on I wont be unbanned.

• No double clicking (This is the action of setting multiple mice/trackpad or buttons to attack)

As you can see the rule above states that you cannot double click via the use of multiple inputs as described below

• Butterfly clicking Is allowed, but may result in a punishment for autoclicking as they have some similarities that are difficult to distinguish. Butterfly clicking is at your own risk, but strongly discouraged.

For anyone who wants to bring this rule up "It may result in a punishment" but however my punishment is not actually because of butterflying it's because my mouse was double clicking and triple clicking

Also on my other account "slinkyslayer73" I appealed before as I was banned by the anticheat for butterflying and the appeal was accepted.

Then thats a fair ban, if you were USING the double clicks to get a higher CPS than the one you would gave got originally, then thats deemed an unfair advantage, and you have been banned as such.

there is nothing in the rules that says you cant double click with your mouse, it only says you cant double click with two inputs

regardless you can still get banned if you're clicking like 10-12 cps, the odd double click is enough to set off logs

You had an unfair advantage. Admit to cheating and you will have your ban reduced, or buy an unban from the store. Having a mouse that has more than one output for each input is double clicking. I suggest turning up the debounce time in your mouse software, or looking into getting a mouse that doesn’t double click.

yep. that's technically a form of autoclicking

so it's 100% fair dude

If you had read the Network Rules carefully, you would have noticed the warning at the top of the thread:

*Note* Even if something isn't specifically listed on here that does NOT make it automatically allowed! If you are ever unsure please contact staff!

Simply put, just because the bit about double-clicking did not specify that you could not use a mouse that double-clicked, does not mean that double-clicking of any kind is allowed on the Network. This kind of infraction is no different than people using an auto-clicker that is built into their mouse.

Since you yourself have told us that your mouse double-clicks and you were using that to your advantage, your ban is justified.

TLDR: Just because the rules don't specifically say it, doesn't mean it's allowed. If you think you're taking a risk, ask a Staff Member.
