Banned for no reason

i haven't played in a year and i get back on and it says i have been banned for cheating .. and now it says i have to mine coal to get unbanned ??

If you’re banned for cheating without playing then you either cheated and you’re lying or your account got hacked, both of which are not our responsibility.
you can make an appeal regardless

"I haven't played in a year".... in the future, recommend them to make an appeal LOL. But the anti-cheat on invaded is just not that good, lots of false bans daily and it just makes it hard for the staff because they have to deal with appeals 24/7.
