Banned for no reason?

joined the server and after doing the captcha and then started running around and jumping because I was in some blank void and then I got banned for exploits? I'm confused. It doesn't let me verify with my verify code either, add me on discord ruinurguts if you can help

dude i was just running around and it kept teleporting me back in the stupid place maybe thats y
