Being able to ride a horse

Is riding horses something that is enabled in the server?
I tamed it, sat on it and added a saddle now what? The only thing it does is stand still as soon as i put the saddle on. The only thing I can do is change the direction it is facing

I don’t Play survival enough, If this is the case id guess it’s either a bug or that mob AI is disabled

yeah it sucks that they disabled mob ais
you can't ride horses, you can't get music discs, and you can't do a lot of other stuff
no idea why they changed that
