I just wanted to request that the staff moderating chat actually look at how many times people have said things. I've been false muted 4 times now for "Spam" when I said the same thing 2 times within 10 seconds, which is not mutable. but yeah i just wanted to recommend that you confirm that someone was spamming before muting them.
 
If you were wrongfully muted, I recommend you talk to a staff member. If the staff member had probable cause to mute you, the mute will stay. Just remember to be careful. If you were wrongfully muted remember that staff can only do so much, mistakes DO happen sometimes.
