Ik the title was misleading because I'm actually asking who is best sumo. I happen to be one of the worst sumo players and I'm just asking for tips and tricks from the higher ups to learn how to play sumo better. Any recommendations?

w tapping/s tapping (whichever you are more comfortable doing) just look up tutorials on how to do them if needed.
sometimes lower cps registers your clicks more than higher.
if you get combo'd run back out of their distance (unless it is void behind you)
practice/warm up with duels, helps a lot and can improve your sumo experience.

As a pro sumo player (im best ww no kap I BEAT VUHN/CORDOE/WUMBACCA) umm u should click like 15 cps and w tap but not spam it also theres a thing called hit select where u let the opponent hit u first and than u start fighting so u get a combo on them.

From my experience, holding w and clicking 20 will make you unstoppable
