I work in a discord mental health server and my mental health been real bad lately so I can't support members really anymore and it a mod requirement to help at least once a week but I can't so imma finna about to be demoted : ( well hopefully not demoted.

Don’t worry about being mod, if your mental health is getting out of control, take care of yourself. Moderator isn’t a necessity, but your health is. I'm really sorry to hear this - it's a shame the policy for a Discord server that's meant to be pro-mental health support is to demote a moderator going through a hard time. That doesn't seem conducive to the environment they wish to create, but nevertheless @Mystic370 is totally right! Focus on you, take time out and regroup your thoughts. Go and do some things that you enjoy and if you need to seek help, please consider speaking to someone about it - talking helps.
