If you enjoy the server then there is no resson for you to quit. If the server is no longer fun to play then it would be logical to quit if you aren't finding joy from the game.

It's always good to remember what the point of a game is. The point is to have fun with others and have an enjoyable time while talking with friends or making new ones. If you feel like the server is no longer enjoyable or just isn't the same as it used to be when you first joined then it might be a good idea to take a break and come back. If you still enjoy the server however and like it you should probably stay. That's just my opinion tho.

Does it really have to matter about who cares about you? What truly matters is your experience on the server and weather you enjoy playing it from time to time. But listen, I care about you, so don’t think that no one likes you on the server. Like @Redot said, if you think it’s tome to quit, quit, if it’s not, don’t.
