Please god make it to where more than 1 person is able to accept and deny blacklist appeals. My ban appeal was accepted the same day I put it up, and my blacklist appeal has been up for over 4 months.

The only issue around doing mainly blacklist appeals is that staff have to sign an NDA to do them. This is for the reason that they will have to see your IP to unban/check.
I personally agree that blacklist appeals should be checked more by all staff that have currently signed the NDA, but also in promoting newer staff to Admin+ and having them do BL appeals is hard, as you need to be 18+ to sign it, and currently from my knowledge there isnt any other staff above 18 (could be wrong). Still shouldnt be an issue to the NDA people to check blacklist appeals more often then they do now though, really wouldn't hurt.

My issue is that first of all, the blacklist reason was unfair on my end. I had no chance of changing the situation, and then my appeal has been up for over 4 months which is just retarded.
There are a few staff members over the age of 18.
