I believe Managers deal with Blacklists, so it could take a while.

Took abt 5 days for a manager to reply to one of my forums, could be longer tho since this a blacklist appeal. Got blacklisted for the same reason as you.

since yours was a mass chargeback it should be dealt with pretty quick when i got cbed (mass cb) i got unbled in an hour or two
