hi so i got blacklisted but if i do get unblacklist do i get my items/money/pv stuff back or do i have to start over

also if i got bled for chargeback when if i come back do i still get rank that was bought or nah

you keep everything, and you lose what got chargebacked, if you chargebacked on yourself then you won’t be unbanned unless you pay it back, but if you got cbed by someone else then appeal and you can be unbled
