So with the whole controversial things happening right now with the charge backs after the back, blacklisting casey and others.
I thought of something. here is my theory...

what if you gift someone 1 common crate key, cheap, easy simple to buy, but, you gift it to a player you don't like, than wait a couple of days. when they see it they will just think like "oh there must have been a key all somehow" and after a while charge it back and get them blacklisted?

or you can take this a step further, by blackmailing them so if they don't pay you will do that. it would be hard to get evidence if someone does do that. like you could make them pay all their money to you, and if they don't, give them 1 common crate key and charge it back...

is there any way to prevent this? you can kill any player and get them blacklisted if thus theory is true.

but i doubt most people have that

I do wonder, if someone made an account named after someone known that isn't in the discord and broke the rules in a way that warrants a blacklist, will the person on the server get blacklisted?

Everyone who got blacklisted had it enabled. It were just old purchased which got blacklisted from them. For example SADPICKLEGOD got his comet blacklisted after the person he did the deal with got his PayPal hacked

paypal hacked, but magically got it back as soon as everyone was blacklisted, and said that pickol was blacklisted before the chargeback had even happened. interesting.

Joe was chargebacked by PatPoz
Casey was chargebacked by Impulse911 (or 1vs20 was lying and did her Deal, instead of Impulse)
10+ Players was chargebacked by 1vs20's "Hacker"

All in a space of an hour... WhAt A cOiNsIdEnCe.
i never did deals with impulse but i did do multiple with 1vs20. it just had to be some sort of plan, theres no way all of us happen to get chargedback in that amount of time, i mightve believe that his paypal was hacked but the fact joe was blacklisted at the same time and he did no deals with 1vs20 and the fact that 1vs20 told me pickol was blacklisted over half an hour before he was.

But hey, that’s just a theory. A blacklist theory!
