My false blacklist appeal for (the console states i was cheating on alternative accounts) has not been reviewed by an admin/manager for a little over 2 weeks now. Should i post a new appeal?

No, let a manager reply to your blacklist appeal. If you get your appeal denied, then you should make another appeal.

I'd recommend you wait a little longer since it's a blacklist and higher up staff has to deal with it, making multiple appeals will not help you getting unbanned faster and only work against you

Blacklist appeals can take a while, don't make another one or it'll (probably) get denied immediately.

If you currently have a pending/escalated appeal, please do not create a new one. It will be responded to as soon as possible by higher staff.
