Blacklist

If your appeal is accepted, your blacklist gets reduced to 30 days. It should tell you in game, how much you have remaining.
 
Like someone else said, just talk to a mod and ask whats happening. They'll give you the correct information.

1) If someone else said it, it's not needed to have another message saying the same thing. This is called post boosting and minimodding and it's not well-seen by the community.
2) Blacklist appeals get the blacklist down to 30 days, so it's normal to not be unblacklisted, so bothering a mod isn't a great idea.

Helping is different than repeating what someone else says, and anyway your solution is very likely not the best since accepted blacklist appeals don't mean that you get unblacklisted immediately, but you have to wait 30 days. I appreciate the effort, but try to verify your info or say that you're not 100% sure that what you're saying is correct, and if someone already said what you intended to say do not repeat it.
