Is it possible to be blacklisted for asking to chargeback ( ask staff to give your money back). My friend is do that before 2 years and now he want to come back on server, I think staff just have to ignore if they will not give money back, this is not reason for to be blacklisted.

but charblack is still blacklistable but did your friend end up chargebacking? if they didn't they can ask current staff about that matter themselves or you can message them yourself and ask the question. If they only asked I don't believe that would result in a blacklist. They can try appealing if you believe it's false and they have the correct evidence they only ASKED

I assume your friend chargebacked thinking they would never play the server again, but now he changed his mind. There is close to 0 chance he will be unblacklisted from the server since he chargebacked the purchase, as he will likely chargeback again if he ever buys anything from the store in the future. He should have thought about the future when he decided to chargeback.

If you chargeback you will be blacklisted, there's a small chance if you manage to get in contact with higher staff (Harry/Mega etc) you can be unblacklisted if you pay any charged-back money back.
