same here, but im unblacklisted already.
67 days, lucky you! My appeal never got accepted! This administration team is a joke! I couldn't even get anyone to tell me what I did to get banned! I ended up requesting a formal refund, and nobody even responded to that; they would rather keep their ego and lose $200 than deal with a distressed customer professionally. A children's game with children administration..

the ban reason is given when you're banned, just log in and it'll say that you're perm banned for [reason]. If you wish for more details, you can ask one of the mods. Once you have more info, you can create an appeal either admitting to the offense for a 30 day ban reduction, or insisting that you're not guilty and sharing every info you have. InvadedLands gives no refunds, that is stated clearly, chargebacking is fraud and it'll get you blacklisted.

Chargeback is not fraud if you did not deliver the product in question. I was un-rightfully banned (no recorded offense that I'm aware of!). Plus, it was not a chargeback, it was a professionally declared refund from the PayPal team, which I gave your overlord Skeppy 7 separate chances to dispute the refund; No fraudulent activity here!

False bans occur very rarely, and only if they are automatic bans (anticheat bans). Staff are required to have proof of the rule break, so if your appeal was denied, it is very likely that you have indeed broken a rule and they have proof to back that up. Furthermore, they did deliver the product in question, but you broke a rule and thus were banned. If they chose to start a lawsuit, or to reply to the dispute, they would have proof of the product being correctly delivered and of you having broken the rule. If you believe you have not broken any rule, ask a mod for the reason of your ban and then make an appeal, so you will be unbanned and your product will be there. If your appeal is denied, there is a reason and they have proof, and you can do nothing about it.

Anticheat false bans may not really be that rare, but they're usually sorted out.
