Not sure tbh... I got blacklisted for chargeback about 2 weeks ago, then I get unbled, so I made sure I had /tebexprotection on disallowed for all accounts right.. then I get cbed again with it on disallowed when i triple checked.

Have you had purchases made for your account in the past? If so then it is likely that somebody cb'd those and it blacklists you even if you have tebex off.

Yep there has. And I thought about that. But again like I said you can STILL buy stuff for it so that dosent matter if people can still buy stuff with tebex off.
