you can’t purchase an unban for a blacklist, as it is a far more severe punishment. You need to appeal your blacklist if you want it reduced, or be unblacklisted of it is a false punishment.

Evasion, I was playing on alts but some of them were banned
Appeal stating you used banned alts, it might not count as false due to you being responsible for accounts you use but you will be unblacklisted

Why were you blacklisted?
I have no idea. I was trying to sell my God Apples on the Auction House. When I came back after taking a break it said I got blacklisted for Evasion?. I have no idea how this happened? or what I did wrong.
Edit: I now know the reason why I'm banned. Recently I started get very targeted by a clan in KitPvp so I decided to pvp on alts. So I bought some non full access alts that I played on. My theory is that someone else played on the alts and cheated and got me banned that way. Thats the only reason that I know of could of gotten me banned

Why should you be unblacklisted?
Because I never broke a rule and I don't see how I can be responsible for breaking any rule?.

I never charged-back anything
But I realised I had broke a rule etc. but I did not know it was an offence in the first place

Did whoever denied you state why? Also remember that they can check if it was you who cheated on alts.
Why don’t you read the rules ?
Usually it’s 60 days for blacklists
