yes but that means nothing changes from before, actually now they should be faster since there is a new manager, I don't remember you being manager or doing these appeals, which means your message doesn't make sense unless I miss something

appeals are being done faster because they promoted more active senior moderators. The ones before who resigned/demoted barley did much and kinda fell off after being promoted. But they still don't have access to buycraft which is primarily used for chargeback disputes. All I'm saying is that chargeback appeals will take longer because only like one person does them.

there were two managers, now there are three, even if only one person was assigned to them only one person is still assigned to them, so nothing should change right?
