Why are punch 2s not working and not going far as they normally were? its like a punch 1 - 1.5 .. fix dis now!

just logged on to see if this was true, wtf did they do to bow boosting LOL a punch 1 is like trying to bow boost with a regular bow 0 enchants, and a punch 2 doesnt go as far, in an attempt to fix the server, they made it worse
