Surely that would mean if it's binded in the contract or whatever that this term is x long before it has to be renewed, would that also mean they get to keep AGC for the remainder of the contract? I'm not a legal genius or whatever so I could be super wrong but it seems strange to me.

I guess an NDA can still exist simply to stop previous people signed to it talking about the inner workings of AGC.
