Here's an idea: We currently have one kit server. We clone the kit server. Connect it to bungee. When a player joins the kit queue, they will be automatically sent to the server that has less players to keep the player count balanced. Stats and map changes will transfer and be identical on both...

That is already set in place. If you are afk for a certain amount of time then it kicks you.

But then the default players who don't have a rank and have to wait 30-45 minutes to get onto a server would get kicked. So they would leave the server entirely causing the community to lose a player.

They should make Multiple kit pvp servers like event a and b it could be like kit pvp a and kit pvp ;/

they did that before, But kit pvp B was waaaaaaaaaay less popular than kit pvp a, yet with the player base now I don't know how it would really work.
