Bruh false bans!!!

Litrally the anti cheat is bugging on invaded sorry if this is bad typing in this but idk where to... multiple people have been false banned including me which is like me reporting the Anti-Cheat for false bans many people who have spent money ohn this server (me) are banned when they wouldn't cheat on their fav server, along with this no one on the staff team is reviewing appeals or helping in the discord, i have been waiting for an answer on my ban appeal as i was false banned for perm and its been a day, earlier i was in support waiting on disc and hd to wait for 40 mins then left because no one was going to help!!!...

We as a team need to fight against this, it may be purposly to make people buy unbans!! All i know is that this is not fair people are wasting money to get false bans!!! Ping the staff and let them know this feels like their scamming!!!

People wait a lot longer than one day...I know it's not fair to be falsely banned, but you just gotta be patient. You've also gotta remember time-zones are a thing, and people are sometimes busy during the day.

just be patient a staff will see you post and will un-ban you but I am going to bet you 1 million dollars that you where hacking go read the rules and see if you violated any rules and if it is a false ban the admins will un-ban you and clear your ban history so make sure you are watching what clients and texture packs you use (also macros and auto clickers) but if you did not hack or be toxic or do something bad in chat then good luck and I hope you get un-banned.

you are among several of us, and as frustrating as it is, the anticheat does also ban all actual hackers. Just ban appeal and wait lol

Any anti-cheat is going to have false bans, this is unavoidable. The amount of people banned who are actually cheating significantly outweighs those who are not.

Going into support waiting on the discord is not going to help you at all. We will tell you to make an appeal, and that is as much as we an do. There are pages of appeals received every day and very few staff members who are NDA'd that can check logs for each player. I apologize for the amount of time it may take, however higher staff is doing as much as they can dealing with ban appeals, blacklist appeals, purchase supports, etc...

The server is growing and more people are in the same situation. I urge people to wait for their ban appeal to be reviewed before deciding to purchase an unban. Forcing people to buy unbans is not, nor never will be the case. That is unethical, so please be patient and wait for your appeal to be reviewed.
