im just tryna buy a friggin rank upgrade from mvp to pro and staff wont look at their dms from me or even look at my purchase support ticket. my ticket has been up for so long, moderators answer and say they cant help, i understand but like where are the higherups there has to be a reason that they are higherup in the staff right? like god damn just please pay attention to your server and not just for videos or talking to egirls.

If you have only VIP or ur a non it doesn't allow you as it's a rank upgrade, so in this case you should go from vip --- > mvp

Depending on who you are buying for they might have been given a rank ( maybe by zelk in an event ) which buy craft still thinks they have either vip or default. they can make a purchase support for zelk to resolve it
