Well, by ignoring all the toxicity towards you, I'll answer the best way I can from my understanding of your question. The build application process is heavily competitive and only the best of the best can be accepted. Hence why there are so many denials as people simply don't meet the standards that the staff look for. Even the little things matter in applications that can make or break getting accepted. Applications that have been pending since November, most likely means the staff are still deciding whether an applicant should be accepted or not, depending how skilled the individual is. Well said & along with that, while we're always looking for new builders it's not really urgent as currently we have a fairly strong team with no known upcoming projects and it's why they typically take longer to get answered.
