For a quicker answer, you have to wait 1 month till you apply again (correct me if I'm wrong).

if you are denied, wait like a month or two then apply, best way so you don't spam.

If your application has been denied, you may reapply in two weeks. If you reapply before two weeks your application will be automatically denied.
