It isn't a physical item, the permission for whatever colour just automatically applies.

Colour chat is something you win in ranks, no ranks come with it on Kit.

No coloured chat subranks are credited by a physical item. The only way to obtain them is by purchasing one of these crates. Left clicking the crates in game or selecting the info tab on the keys on our store will list what coloured chats can be won from which crates
