My brother has been banned and he wants to appeal. Upon trying to appeal, I realized he was not registered and could not register because he was banned. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

i'd contat staff

If you are IP banned yes you are technically "banned". But if you can connect to the server than your brother is just banned, so yeah just contact the staff team or appeal. If it is an issue with you not connecting contacting staff is your best option (I think).
