Can I apply for a builder?

I am a big time builder and I do have a pretty long portfolio, problem is I haven’t been a builder on any bigger/still functioning servers. Can I still apply or is it wasting the staff’s time? Thank y’all.

Well then it would most likely be a waste of the time since it would just get the same copy paste answer that you don't meet the requirements.
