So how can i see when i first joined the server?

Ask an admin to use /playertime

Try to remember what was new on the server when you started playing. For example, maybe a new game mode got released around the time you joined. Then ask somebody when that gamemode got released and there you go you got the date!

For me it was when they added pots so that is how I know when I joined.
