can someone explain why I got banned

hi I logged in and It says invaded jail and the type of punishment I have is not letting me get out uh so what did I do. I logged off this morning ish and when I logged back on this happened I would really like to know what happened I broke no rules and I have put a lot of time into the server and don't want it lost
