Can staff please check the blacklist appeals?

So, I was false blacklisted because of a person who had chargedback some keys, I made an appeal 2 or 3 days ago and all it says is ''Escalated" and with 14 views.
And if they are checking it, can they please move a little faster, because usually it takes only one day or two to respond.

its been like 3 weeks since my friends appeal has said escalated, patience is key

Escalated means higher staff has to review the application, and check logs and evidence. There are 3 overworked high staff.
